I have a standard 4-button digital watch, and I can't seem to get it from 24-hour Army time to normal 12 hour time. I lost the directions, so I need to ask, how do I switch between the two? I think most digital watches like mine are "universal".

Just push the mode button untill what you need appears. Should work.
