if i wanted to watch a movie that i made on the computer on a TV and burn it on to a CD then could i watch that CD in my DVD player?

you need to get some blank DVDs and download what you want to see then go to your DVD solution device or whatever you have and drag the movie file there and then go to start burn or burn depending on what you have (and you probably need to download MPG or MPEG files only)

not that i know of. you can usually go the other way and burn a dvd onto your computer though.
