TV ad/ PSA (car, littering, art ??? ring a bell??)?
So I'm trying to find this ad or PSA that I saw on tv on youtube so I can send it to a friend...
Some guy litters (throws empty cups, etc. out the window of his car), another guy sees him littering and picks the stuff out the street, at the end of the ad/psa the first guy walks out to get in his car and sees some sort of art made out of all the trash the 2nd guy picked up on the hood of his car.
Does this sound familiar to anyone??? Please help me to find it, or at least know what the ad/psa was for!
