i know its bad for the AVERAGE PERSON because of how much fat and calories is in their food but...

im not fat by any means, im in really good shape. ive always been able to eat whatever i want and as much as i want and not gain ANY fat, just muscle by going to the gym every other day. so that being said is Taco Bell bad for ME? and yes i get the worst and biggest thing they have every time. i dont feel like shit after i eat it like i do with McDonalds though. and i dont eat it everyday so dont give me a hard time about that please.
