I have unlimited mobile messaging and media and data for 15 dollars and the talking plan with 200 anytime minutes.

I was wondering if the internet on my cell phone costs at all? I have accidently gotten on the web browser but never went to any sites. I would like to download ringtones off the web on my phone but does using the web cost (I know the ringtones will) thanks!
