is it possilbe to develop eye ptosis after being affected by bells palsey?

I've been affected by bells palsy twice in my life, and now at the age of 17 i've noticed my right eyelid has dropped and is odd compared to my left.

Should i go to my doctor and tell him this? (again) because i've already been twice and he's given me drops, they haven't worked and its still bothering me.

What should i do?, i've pestered him twice and he's twice given me drops which haven't worked.
He even noticed the difference and still did nothing but give me drops
