Packard Bell Laptop Restore Factory Settings!?

ok i have a Packard Bell Laptop .. same as picture below:

    http://www.laptopreviews.org.uk/uploads/Image/Packard-Bell-EasyNote-R0205-Laptop.jpg

i am just wondering ... how could i do a CLEAN wipe on this laptop so that it is then put back to factory settings and everything is wiped off

    just like a reboot/restore !

i have tried the system restore that is on the laptop but it doesnt put it back far enough

i did NOT get a master cd with the laptop (dont know why)

but does anyone know any other way of restoring the laptop

PS.. i have tried the F11 + CTRL

and F11 alone .... i also tried all the other F keys

    none work

how can i reboot the damn thing ??

    thanks

you should be able to do a destructive restore (puts laptop/PC to factory spec) it is an option on the boot menui think if my memory is correct i used to have a packard bell desktop about 3 years ago so its a bit foggy where it is but there is one on the laptop or at least there should be

the reason why you did not get a master CD is because there is a hidden partition on the hard drive that has the image of the original factory spec on packard bell machines
