Are the fully loaded nachos at Taco Bell new?

When I saw the new commercial for Taco Bell's fully loaded nachos, I thought that they looked similar to the 7-layer nachos Taco Bell had a couple of years ago.

Do the fully loaded nachos come with the same ingredients that the 7-layer nachos had?

I don't want for my butt to be fully loaded. I already know the feeling when that happens. Believe me, it isn't good.
