...and wont leave when i ask her to..? The lady next door will come over and ring my door bell like a 5 year old for 10-20 minutes complaining about various things such as my sprinkler system being on too long, I have kindly asked her to leave but she wont and she thinks that she can tell me when to turn my sprinkler system off she is upset with me because she thinks i use too much water, I have called the police and it takes them like 2 hours to get to my home 2 hours of my life i wont get back, I know i cant shoot her but i was wondering if i could spray her with pepper spray for tespassing or atleast a watter bottle or a garden hose.

Lol... Good idea but no. You'll get into more trouble than her. She's just being petty so keep a record of when she is harrassing you, what times and how. Then tell her if she doesn't quit, you're going to the police as you have records of the times she was abusing ur privacy
