bell expressvu remote control?

Hi i just bought a new bell remote for my sat... I want to program the remote to work the reciever. Does anyone remember what buttons to push. I know for the tv you push tv then power then the arrows, all that stuff but don't remember for the reciever??

Press the satellite button for 7 seconds, then the record button 3 times, and you should have it programmed for the receiver.
