anyone apply online at Taco Bell?

At the end of filling out the application for Taco Bell, they give you an ID#. Whats this number for? I've tried to access it through the Taco Bell website but don't know where to put it. I already finished the app, but where can i find it?? I need to review it. Also, I'm not trying to sign in! I know how to sign in. I want to know where to put the ID #. Thanks
