They are from a Gt if it matters, I don't know the year yet. The Aerostar is a 92 2 wheel drive.

Would Ford Probe rims fit a 92 Aerostar?

They are the same lug pattern, 5 on 114.3 (5 on 4.5") but there may be too much back spacer on the Probe wheels (FWD) to go on your Aerostar (RWD). You can get 1" spacers from Jeg's. Sure would look cool.
