Why Cant Existing Customers Buy The New Blackberry Curve 8900 For T-mobile Online?

I am not eligible for an upgrade thourgh t-mobile until August but I want to do a partial upgrade though their website (which I normally do!). It doesnt give you the option to buy the new blackberry. Anyone know when it'll be available online for existing customers?
