Don't get the Storm.. The interface is kinda slow. Opening up menus should not be slow at all.
I've had good luck with Samsung phones.. I have NEVER had to replace one. Go for the Samsung. It's got a full keyboard too, which is soo much better to type on than a touchscreen- hate that sh**
