    What's the best and cheapest way to mail tires with rims?

    It's going to be expensive if you do UPS ground.
    I'd contact a freight shipping company and they can probably do it for less than $50. I've had lots of large things shipped to me that way for construction projects and it seems to be the most cost effective.

    As crazy as this may sound, some bus lines ship packages. If you can find a direct trip, and have someone at the other end waiting, that could work.
