What type of rim to choose?

Which type of rim is better to have for my Saturn Ion car...an aluminum rim or an iron rim? and why?

Oh also how do I know if I'm adding too much engine oil?...and if I over add engine oil what will happen?
But the person who i went to have my tires checked told me that aluminum rims are better because they don't rust like iron rims...

i'm also thinking that iron rims are heavier than aluminum rims? so Iron rims kinda make a car moves slower?

you should choose iron rims because aluminum rims lose air more often because the bead doesn't stick to the rim well

if you add too much oil you could blow a head gasket

you can tell if you add too much by pulling the dipstick the oil marks shouldn't be higher than full
