Thread: what does checkmark means on blackberry SMS?

I have a blackberry phone and I was wondering what does really a Grey checkmark means on the Text (SMS) iv sent to someone I talk to a text message and it showed (Grey checkmark tick) for me for a long time now I still didn't get a reply and it their main phone number, does it means that they've deleted me? or their phone is off? or they're no longer using it and should I re send my message or just wait? Please help and thank you if you did

The grey checkmark in an SMS means that the message has been sent successfully. The other person should be able to read it, so I suggest you wait.
