Thread: What can I do to fix my blackberry pearl's roller ball?

the ball itself moves but nothing will happen on the screen.

i cannot scroll down through my menu anymore. it'll go right-left and up. the ball will move any direction, but you can't scroll down through my menu on the screen

If you take off that round silver thing and take out the ball you can clean it thats what fixed mine.
