What is the biggest tire size I may put to my Toyota RAV 4? I have 16'' stock

rims that come with 215/70 R16? I have a 2003 RAV 4 and would like to put 235/70 R16 or 235/75 R16 tires but I am not sure if they will fit on the rims and if this would cause any riding problems

The 235/70/16 would be about 2.5cm taller, and the 235/75/16 about 3 cm taller overall, plus 1 cm wider on each side. They probably wouldn't rub, but would make your gearing 3 - 4% taller. You could offset the height by going to a 65 or 60 aspect ratio.

Anything over 31's and you'll have to change the gearing in your differential or you will screw them up. Subscribe to a 4x4 magazine it will be the best money you spent on your car.
