Tire pressure sensor problems in an 08 Altima with new rims! Help! TPMS?

I just bought a 2008 Altima Sedan and changed out the 16" stock wheels with hubcaps to 17" alloys. These are Nissan wheels, off another Altima. Since I did that the tire pressure light has come on- I brought them to Big O Tires to have them balanced and installed, I know they would have checked the pressure. Was I not supposed to put bigger rims on this car? I don't know what to do to fix this, I was reading that there are supposed to be sensors on the wheels and if they are nissan wheels (off an 05 altima) why wouldn't they be compatible?

The sensors on the new rims need to programmed for your car. May need to take it in to a dealership to have that done.

Are you sure the new wheels have sensors in them? If they do did Big O match the sensors to the car when they switched them? If they are not matched to the car it will cause a problem, even rotating the tires without rematching them can cause a problem.
