I plan on purchaseing a Blackberry curve.Do I need to buy the extra Blackberry

services.More info disclosed? I plan on purchaseing a blackberry curve for high school either from verizon or t mobile.I only want to pay the normal 40 or 30 dollars a month. I plan on using it ONLY for calling, occational texting, and keeping informational on the curve's callendar and note taking section.I DONT want to use email or the internet on the phone. Can i bypass the extra blackberry plans that cost in excess of 35,40 dollars a month? Also,is this phone too feminine for a guy.It would be in the titanium color.
