both have 5 bolt pattern.

No, there is a different stud patern. It will most definately not fit.
If you dont believe me though, then take a measuring tape out there, and measure the distance between two studs right next to eachother, and measure the distance between two studs directly across from eachother. you will find that it will not fit.
