I bought a set of replica Z06 wheels a few years ago and the finish was okay, but they are MUCH heavier than stock.
Unsprung weight and rotating mass are performance killers.
Try to buy some take-offs.
Look in the for sale sections at www.corvetteforum.com
some companies make good ones, others make crap. good luck,
all wheels sold in the U.S. must meet D.O.T. standards but, the chrome ones will eventually rust. I would buy the alluminum they are lighter and have less maintenance.
junk
They are crap..
I have a friend who bought some on ebay allegedly made in the same factory as the OEM ones..
They lasted about 6 months, began to chip on the outside and then began to warp..He ended up trashing them
Save your money or buy used ones somewhere..
