My bb pearls is asking me to enter blackberry and then my code but it wont let
me in!? All of a sudden when I went to unlock my bb pearl to read my messages it wouldnt let me in. It then asked for me to enter "blackberry" to proceed which I did and then it STILL didnt accept my password. I looked closer and saw that instead of my password starting with a zero it was inputting a space and instead of turning to stars it was leaving the whole password readable on the screen. This happened once before and I got into a heated argument with a Telus rep who told me I had my password wrong. It's been the same password for the last year and a bit so I am confident that isnt the case. Suddenly it started working again after a couple of hours and I was so happy but this time it's been at least 12 hours with no luck. I am on attempt 4/5 and stressing on how to fix it. If anyone can help I would appreciate it!
