just got the this model yesterday from the Carphone warehouse under the O2 network, and still fiddling with it till now. i cant seem to find the maps. are they preloaded or do i have to download the program. it also comes with a 15day trial with the navigator software however i cant get it to start. it alway says "check the settings,etc. the unit by the way is unlocked hence it would seem that it hasnt been configured to work on a single network.
