If your insurance includes "COMPREHENSIVE" then yes, it will cover stolen rims. Comprehensive covers things like; fire, theft, vandalism, natural disasters, flooding, etc. Most all car companies will include comprehensive in their coverage because it's typically only $5.00/mo ontop of Liability and Colision. Just double check your policy and give your agent a call.

Best of luck to you.

"full coverage" is a generic term that doesn't have a specific meaning. Sometimes it is meant to mean the least amount of insurance coverage necessary for your state. That's not usually the case though, it usually means you have both "comprehensive" and "collision" coverages on your car.

The coverage that you'll need for this one is comprehensive, that's what covers things like theft/vandalism or damage from a storm. Get out your declarations page (or call your insurance company or agent if you can't find it) and find out what your comprehensive deductible is, that's what you'll be responsible for. Unless you can find the thief that is, if you can, he's responsible.

One thing I would like to add. If the rims and tires were custom rims and not installed by the factory or dealer and included in the financing then they wll only be covered to the extend of the cost of the stock rims and tires plus labor less your deductable. You can buy a rider for your policy that covers these things.
