I'm 5'8, 15 years old, weigh around 110. Right now, I can currently touch 9'5, but barely, and can sometimes get the last ring on the 10 ft goal. My goal is to be able to touch or dunk the 10 foot goal by the end of the summer. I don't really want to buy anything but the only the I'd probably buy is ankle weights because weighted vest costs to much. The only equipment I got is a bench press thing, 10 ft goal, and about 4 basketballs.
Right now, I do dead lifts, calf raises with no weights, lunges, and jump roping. I really don't want to do squats because I don't have the right equipment and I'd probably hurt myself trying to do it.
So what are some more workouts or things I can do to hop 6 more inches. Any advice and tips are appreciated =)
