iPhone or Blackberry?

I am torn between an iPhone or new Blackberry Storm. I want a phone that I can be online all the time (with no extra cost!) without having to connect it. And can use it at home with my BT Broadband, too... What's the difference between wi-fi and 3G????? HELP!!!
