What is the best mobile device with web-browsing capabilities in relation to cost? (I assume it would be a Blackberry, but feel free to post other suggestions.) Also what is the cheapest service plan available? I don't need cellphone capability so much, as I still have a land-line, though I would be interested in keeping my cell number.

I really like my Palm Treo 680. I'm on O2 Pay&Go. The Palm Centro is a bit cheaper and more like a conventional phone. I also like the Palm OS for its simplicity.

Well, idk about other phones, I mean the Blackjack 2 and the At&t tilt are pretty nice phones in comparison, but I love my pearl. Its the nicest phone I've ever haddd. :]]
