I have a Giant bicycle with 700c x 32H rims and was wondering what the widest

tyre size I could fit to it is?
The above is my rim size for those who are confused...

My current tyre is 700x28c
Easy what are the widest tyres I can fit to these rims, forget I mentioned it was a Giant.

Yep, MR has pretty much said it all.

Mate, there are more than seven kinds of Giants, what are you riding?

Someone out there maybe riding the same bike and totally have the answer to your question.

And . . . why do you want to go fat ?

That's not the info needed to determine max tire width. This would depend on what model bike and rim width. Typically, almost any bike can fit 28 width (not mine though). Even if the tire would fit the bike you could have a problem with brake clearance when taking off or put on the wheel.

On my bike 25 would be max but I have a SLX EC90 fork. If you have a higher end road bike the fork clearance, brake clearance and rim width would limit the size quite a bit. If you have a hybrid or a very basic road bike a 32 would likely work. if you have V brakes the brake clearance wouldn't be an issue.

EDIT: hey thanks for the thumbs down trying to answer a question without pertinent info. You can usually go up one size from what came on the bike.

EDIT: 700 x 32H -- 32H is not a width it means 32 holes (spokes) and is meaningless for you question. Get it?

You must be a teen.
