    I have a '97 honda accord, I currently have p215/50r17 93w rims with tires?

and the required size is r 195/60r15 88h. Is this ok for my car? I have not really seen a difference in gas milage, and will this setup really damage my car in the long run. My ride is slightly bumpeare then befor.

not sure what you mean because the 195/60r15 88h wouldnt fit into your 17in rims unless you were talking about 15in rims with the tires then its not really a difference just that your car is slower than when you had stock wheels and tires on
it wont damage you but will be harder for you when accelerating because honda are FWD and putting so much pounds like your 17in would cause the FWD to accelerate slower than normal
