Thread: i cant recieve pic messages on my blackberry pearl?

from other carriers like verizon and cingular! only from t-mobile.
im sure its the phone because i got a new sim card and still doesnt work. they should be able to mail me a new phone right? i just bought it 3 weeks ago. they have no idea what the problem could be.

i dont get it what so ever!!! no message nothing at all,,,, but it says message sent on there phone.

Is it saying "Cannot retrieve". If so, go to the message and click the "Menu" button and "Retrieve now". That helped me.
