It sounds like you're within a few inches already. A few weeks? That's my best guess.
If you do it constintly, I think you should be getting it in less than 2 or 3 months for sure. But if that doesn't work, you can always get some jump soles!
Calf raises are not the only exercises that help your vert. Just practice touching the rim and that will work all the muscles required for jumping.
