Thread: How do I change my text notification tone on my blackberry curve 83-10?

I have gone through the instructional cd, and gone through the phone menus and cannot figure out how to set a particular media tune for all my incoming text messages. Best answer goes to whoever can explain this to me in plain english.

depending on what theme you have, in the zen theme you go to the right hand corner on the screen to the profile thing and select it, then it gives you the choices of vibrate loud etc.. then you scroll down to the bottom of that to advanced and whichever option you want you have to scroll to it and press the menu key.-->edit-->sms text-->and then it gives you the option of changing the tone of it

i think its the same in every theme
