i have downloaded bb software and connected my bb into my computer and its says "unlock blackberry devices" and says PIN:******** and then it says password (1/10):
How do i no what my password is!!??? PLEASE HELP!!

Alright well that only applies if you use the password lock on your phone. If you use that, then type that password and if you don't, then type nothing and press enter.
