Thread: Has anyone else been having problems with their Blackberry Pearl?

I've been having numerous problems with my Blackberry. It's incredibly slow, I can't recieve texts messages, it deletes all my emails even if I've saved them.

I've taken it down to get fixed three times already and I bought it in November.

What do you suggest I do? I paid over five hundred dollars for the damn thing. Do I have the right to demand a new one?

Yes the roller is broke.
