Yes you can put 20in rims on a cadillac sts for sure. I am currently in the process of buying an 04 sts and i have already bought 20s for her. One of my best friends decked his cadi sts out and he has 20in diamond cut rims on it; looks great! Dont go bigger than 20s or you will start to hit your fenders and the inside your wheel well with your tire, and that will tear them up pretty quick.
