There are these things called strength shoes, they to cost money though. What they are is a type of shoe that has a circular piece of rubber at the toe heel. So every time you walk, the back of your foot is off the ground. What it does, it stretches the muscle at the back of your foot. That muscle helps you jump. When you wear these, you should be able to jump 5-10 inches pretty darn soon.
