I have just got the storm and finding it really fiddly to use, I might be able to get used to the phone if I could personalize it a bit but I can't download anything to it as it just says a media card is present but contains an error to put it into a computer?? And then what, I can't put it into my computer anyway, can someone please help me make some sense of this thing, Thank you
