it randomly started losing its bars..like...signal bars???
wellll, in my room it usually has full bars..it went down to 2, and then to none. now i cant sign onto msn, and if i can, it will knock me off..it keeps saying searching for CDMA?? ok now itgs back up to 3 bars. WTH???? whys it doing this?!
any one help?
oh and yes...ive pulled the battery out twice...lol
now its back down to zero bars. and searching for cdma again..
I would suggest you hook up your computer to the blackberry desktop manager software. Make sure you have fully backed up your device. You will need to do a reset of your device(which will delete everything so make sure your device is backed up fully). Once this has been done go into Options> Security options> General settings.. Hit the blackberry(menu button) and choose wipe handheld. Once you have done this watch the performance of the phone and see if that helps. You should then reload your personal contacts.
