How much would it cost to upgrade my Samsung Alias to a Blackberry Storm when my plan is up in november? I have unlimited texting. Does that help?

In addition to the plan you have now, add $30 for the Blackberry data plan. Make sure that you don't get the BES plan. It's $45.
