I purchased a Black Berry Storm off eBay so I could get it cheap. I have the phone with me now, however it is not acctivated.

I am wondering how I get the basic plan for it (single person) also do I need to put a contract on it? please explain everything. I am not involved with verizon, so I dont have any experience with them
