Thread: Blackberry Pearl not working right?

Since we got this phone its been a pain. 99% of the time it doesnt ring. It will show the hourglass, and then say missed call. When I click to view the missed call, nothing is there!!! I have tried the *228 several times and have also downloaded the updates and installed. Anybody else have this problem, or know the the heck is happening?

i have bought it twice. once when it fist came out and then a bout 1.5 years later... usually if there is a problem i take the battery out and put it back in. if that doesn't do the trick. call blackberry or your company and complain to them. they should hook you up. blackberry comes with a 1 year warranty and are usually good about replacing phones when they don't work.
