Thread: Blackberry pearl flip device options?

When i go to device options sms text it says

Network to send over.. Circuit switched or, packet switched, circuit switch preferred, packet switch preffered

what does this mean?

Its the network to send the sms messages over - just like the title says. Don't go in these options changing things around unless you know what you are doing - you may change things that will mess the phone up completely and doing a factory reset on the device sometimes is the only solution. - As for which to set it as - set to CS or Circuit switch.
