Thread: blackberry curve help plz!!!?

while trying to insert the media card in my blackberry curve 8310 i accidentally pulled out the gray thing that holds it down, like the same thing as the think that holds down the sim card only it holds down the media card. i tried just putting the media card in with the battery holding it down but it doesn't work, i bought my blackberry curve from wal-mart. I also tried putting it back in but it just won't go back in, is there any place i can take my phone in to get fixed or exchanged?? i still have the receipt, what do i do please help?!?!?!?!

very easy to replace. Find someone with an old/damage BB and ask for it.
I have many of thous things. Or just go and exchange the phone but they might refuse you coz this is a user damage

I would take it back to the store and demand a replacement phone or a refund.

Do NOT take it to get it fixed - they should replace it for you - did you get insurance for the product? Or a warranty - read through it also check what the law says with regards to your dilemma. Best of luck!
