Thread: Blackberry Curve Charging Problems?

i just got a blackberry curve 8330 yesterday and I LOVE IT....the only problem is, whenever i plug my charger in, the plug beside the battery doesnt show up, at first it was, but now it doesnt. ive tried other plugins and even the usb cord. when i first plugged my phone into my computer, it was working, then i had to restart it for desktop manager, then it went away. i left my phone on all night on the charger and it was still 100% but the plug didnt show that it was charging.....any solutions?

Since you just bought it, I would suggest taking it to your phone company and explaining the problem. Explain to them that now its charging, but what will happen 8 or 10 months from now? it will probably give you trouble with that...so just ask them to give you a new one now that its new.
