    Blackberry battery dies very quickly, what can i do?

    I just got a blackberry bold 9000 Just one week ago and i thought the battery was dying fast because i use msn and the internet lots, but it wasnt that. I diddnt charge it fully when i got it could that be it? can i fix it? It needs to be charged often after a few hours. Did I ruin the battery?

    No it's the internet and MSN. It takes a lot of battery power by using it. If you don't use any type of internet connection, it will last longer. But think about it, if you text and spend a lot of time on your phone, it won't last as long as if you just left your phone on and did nothing with it.

    i think your phone might be used or refurbished since its a 9000... theyre outdated. if so, just get a new battery on ebay. it should be cheap. if the phone is brand new, the battery should be fine. if you really think its messed up, call your blackberry support line and theyll send you a new one.
