I have an opportunity to purchase a used Blackberry 7250 for 35.00. with all the basic accessories. Worth it? Any reviews?

I dont need anything ultra high tech, but I will certainly use these features. What is the average monthly rate to be able to use the thing? THANK YOU for this GREAT website!!!!!
