Thread: Best Drugstore Eyeliner for Inner Rim of Eye?

Im going to Target in about an hour and need to get some new eyeliner. I use eyeliner on the inner rim of my eye and Im looking for an eyeliner that stays on all day and doesn't smear. I hear Almay is a good brand. thoughts?

I want pencil not liquid.

Depends what kind of eyeliner u want.
Liquid: Prestige
Pencil: Rimmel
I use liquid for the top, and pencil for the bottom.
U can try applying concealer at the bottom so it
doesnt smear off so easily =]
