One agent blind transfered one promised to get back in 3 days and one supervior was uncaring. WHY ARE YOU False avertising.I had a acct number starting whith 75920936 with direct I do not see the 10 digit number starting with o or 1. also my Direct installation on bed room will not work on remote.why if you made offer will you not talk to Direct.
